Helps in understanding the business overall from sourcing, buying, merchandising, etc. Lot of NIFTians are there, so you get to understand fashion culture of India. The Home Grown program for a year is very good for NIFTians making them understand the nitty-gritty of business.
HR's are accessible for conversation, very flexible, youcan go to their cabin, they are willing to help.
You can talk to anyone in the organization by booking their calenders, whether it's the CEO or any manager. Very open to discussion.
Work life balance depends on role and project.
Promotion are moderate, 5-7% yearly....Read More
Dislikes
Role vision - HR recruit but don't give clarity mostly about the role, as usual, HR's being HR. (Try to dig deep about the role when you are interviewing, ask questions).
Mostly monotonous in tech, huge dependencies on Excel and Excel. (Working fine till now but in age of Analytics, SaaS, and AI you'll not get trained well in tech,less switching out opportunity until you learn new things) . Leeway for Designers though, but in terms of learning their are hardly and module based learning.
2nd Saturday working, and if you work some more hours there is no compensation.
Office Infra are old fashioned, table tennis rackets are not replaced, no proper way of atleast team bonding....Read More
