Do Not following equal opportunity for grow in some store. Now a days in Tata Retail store Manger not follow work ethics and value of company for his own igo and his own self respect. Some store Manger miss use his authority power for his job security and his own mistake hideing.

Easy to work very friendly staff and customers. I learnt about SAP application.

Dislikes

Salary is same for new joinees and the experience staffs. Promotions are given to only favourite employees. Not treating everyone equally. Not respecting ones moral, thinking and way of living. Silent and soft people doesn't get a chance of promotion they are treated dump even.
