I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. There is nothing much to like this job and company. Management is good but the people around working here are not good in Bangalore airport.

Mental torture in work life Involving in our personal life which is not necessary for any of the ASM. Giving unnecessary pressure to staff. Partiality There is no solution for any of our queries and problems. Mentally killing staff. Salary not credited on time. Not providing leaves. Making staff to work 9hrs but as per HR it's 8 hrs. Only 1 weekoff for 9 hrs and also not providing any leaves when ever required. Totally working in Bangalore station with ASM mohitha is completely waste she is killing staff mentally. Another new supervisor vivekanand who don't know anything he is another waste here. I prefer for freshers don't join to BLR STATION try for another one....Read More
