The only thing that I liked was that salary was paid on time.

Dislikes

Everything within Stanza is to be disliked. Be it the people, the process, the management. I worked in Bangalore location. Remain jobless but never join Stanza especially Bangalore. The brother Duo (Zonal Head - Big Brother) and the (State Head - Younger Brother) will ensure that whatever skills you bring are thrown out of the window and all that remains of you is a mere puppet who just obeys orders, listens to abuses and never questions on anything. There is nothing called as work culture here, some really stupid people who sticked around with the organisation from initial days are now VP's. So these people do whatever they feel is right....Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
