Good in most of the aspects
Dislikes
After joining they are not ready to give joining or appointment letter and if we will not do followup they will not give it till we leave the company.
While reliving also they will not complete the exit formalities and the HR people will just do timepass and mostly they will never lift the calls at all.
Specially for me after exiting the company, with a regular followup after 1.5 years they are demanding money for reliving and experience letter.
Reason is that I have left the company before last working day and demanding 10 days salary to company.
This is the worst culture because that is dependent on employees future and career....Read More
