Good Job and security. I enjoyed my tenure of nearly 12 yrs in SEL, Bangalore without any tension. But salary is less compared to other companies.

Dislikes

There is no dislike. But SEL needs lot of marketing activities compared to other companies. I was forced to leave the job by a Manager's ill-treatment.

Work Details

Work was boring. SEL needs more support by their present principals M/s. Havells. SEL is Good Company. But the branch heads should work along other sales personnel, then only the branch would come up and give good results.
