I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Really standard and well maintained company. Workstation are really safe to work. They strictly follows the safety of the workers.

It's a good company for your growth and except employees everyone in the company they treat you as a labour even security also. There is no experience you will gain from there if you are working as a trainee. After completing one year they will definitely fire you or they will go any extend to get resigned by ourself.
