Work culture is very poor though there’s 100% job security. There’s no fixed management and hierarchy in the company. Very toxic environment and no personal growth as an individual

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address any of your issue until you have that power. Salary is decent if you have good skills but career growth is slow there’s no promotion or upgradation of posts here.

Work Details

There’s a lot struggle when you are a fresher as no one really helps you with anything. But ofcourse learning new materials in early stage if a good part here.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
