Dislikes

SALARIES / APPRAISAL GROWTH IS QUITE LOW, ONE SHOULD BE GOOD ADAPTIVE AS THERE IS NO FORMAL TRAINING.

Management is very supportive. They will help you out in all situations related to work. Salary is on time. Workers are very cooperative if you can handle them in right manner. I have seen the phase in which company has come out of terrible situation. So I got management related knowledge also. I had the best collegues I could ever have to work with.

Dislikes

Salary growth is very low.

Work Details

I worked as a production executive at Stakall. I have learned to work under extreme pressure with targets. But since everyone is very supportive, you can handle that pressure. I had enjoyed working in Stakall, because I loved working with the workers.

The Teammates are good to work with..very supportive management. Gives opportunity to learn new things.

Dislikes

As it is a small scale industry there is no compensation for extra work.
