No learning environment here. Seniors will try to put their work on you if you are not tough to ignore directly. Maximum female here to save on cost. Male trainer mostly you will find newly joined because they leave this place after knowing the reality.

You will have to deliver what you know. upskilling and cross skilling only on paper. 3. No one will revert on your query (Neither CEO).
