I've a really good experience working at St.Paul's College, fulfilling Institute's needs with my capabilities. But working time wasn't stable, that we should Punch in @ 8:30 am and even if the actual office time is till 4.00 pm we could punch out after 6

St.pauls college working is very peaceful and excellent.the atmosphere of this college is very good.

Dislikes

There is average increment of salary which is not sufficient according to present time.

Teachers are cooperative, Salary is ok. Students are interested to study, good opportunity to startup career.

Dislikes

No job security. Too much politics. Management never wants to upgrade Staffs and Students. No basic facilities like proper library, online information, computer labs.....

The collegues are very much encouraging and it is a positive environment. The students are also co-operative. Less stress in work.

Dislikes

Sometimes the work pressure is high. We as guest don't get correct information salary hike is also less.
