I like the work culture, the support you get here from all the members. Work pressure is also not much. You'll feel chilled here and can get enough time for yourself.

Dislikes

There is no salary structure here separately for PRT, TGT and PGT. All the people having same years of experience will get similar salary. Also, it's less compared to the neighbouring schools here.

Work Details

Besides less salary, everything here is great. The principal is approachable. You need not worry, just share the problem with her.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
