School follows CBSE norms but administration is loosely based on the model of government schools of Bihar. Have many branches including core branch in the rural region. The school has progressed by leaps and bounds and about 5000 students are enrolled in classes 1 to 12. The +2 group only offer study in science and commerce stream. School Director Mr. Pramod Kumar is a generous person. The success of school lies in his personality. He, using his personal aquintances, has bonded with some experienced and some young faculties of higher calibres as visiting faculty. In Bihar, there are many private college lecturer who work in non aided inter and degree college. They serve the school on per period basis and because of such teachers, quality of education is comparibly better. Myself, after clearing UGC NET, worked here as guest faculty for my PhD days. Rest faculty are mediocre. Most of them have degree of something, teach something. Some of them who teach at upper classes have relatively inadequate qualifications but they are seen as good teachers among parents and students of rural background just like quack ( jhola chhap) doctors. There is no pay- scale or minimum standards set for teachers. However, the school director tries his best to bring quality but his efforts are affected by the situation prevailing in Bihar. Dislikes

Here, none like to build team. Most of them are individualistic. New ideas are seen as suspicious. Old teachers are like members of a dead poets society, they get nervous whenever a talented teacher join and try to uproot him.
