Management is very supportive throughout the pandemic as assurance of the facilities is there. Also, there is no fear of losing our jobs as our management is very concerned about the staff and provide maximum they can regarding everything and we get to learn new things

Dislikes

I like everything except the fact that students aren't serious about spoken English and we are unable to take such steps against them also few staff members are careless regarding this so i feel helpless sometimes

Quite good.. just expect a little flexibility when we take actions against students (on their bad behaviour) Overall is interesting.. i struggled a bit but everything went smooth with helping teachers and management
