Very poor regarding all the aspects of job. A breeding ground of nepotism and unprofessional attitudes. Seniors are not competent enough to guide the juniors as they themselves lack sound knowledge in their respective subjects. Yearly meeting on the performance of the teachers based on statistical data is a complete farce. Working in this Institution is like working in a dream place.During COVID-19 they have supported all the faculties including teaching and non-teaching staffs.The School is a perfect living example of Work satisfaction and Student friendly as well as faculty friendly also. The whole building used to sanitize periodically and wearing of mask is mandatory though regular classes have not started yet as par government instruction. But I feel so safe and secure when I go to the campus . School management always think about the safety of the front -liners and they always assure to keep a peaceful ,positive, and growing working environment ....Read More
