I would like to talk about my working place. Good work environment and culture. Teachers and my dear principal ma'am are very supportive.there is a huge ground where children can play. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as their was no formal training sessions . I learnt everything on the job I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles with

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
