St. Aloysius college is one of the pioneer autonomous institutes of higher education in Madhya Pradesh. Having all of the major faculties like Science, Arts, Commerce, Education and Management, it provides a great learning platform amidst a clean and green environment. Regular campus recruitment drives have produced many students achievers. Co-curricular activities, NCC, NSS, etc. are encouraged and have produced lot of gems. Looking at all this, it's a great place to work, with a rare healthy work culture, transparent feedback system that provides opportunities to teachers for continuous improvement and upscaling. I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
