I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. No safety, lots of political ego, no systematic procedure, working hours too high Evey day. No proper food even after debit from salary. Naps 12 hrs duty every day, no weekly holiday except govt holiday. Hiding current condition from MD. Use less fellow murali thinking like ssf Hero.
