Would be frank enough had resigned when suffered asd and then was called back and rejoined worked for 10 to 11 years md was very humble supportive to all aspects work aspect unorofesional at all factory level inventory control ,breakdown,cost saving and all major concern not so effective with new generation take over and not profesional approach for all above had a bitter experience as worked with ethics and standardization for all items and resigned due to unorofesional approach and started consultant worked for them not paid even proof there did not get proper salary when working gave the profits as per requirement but overall staff senior and manegement unknown about the facts of factory of loses not controlled junior staff ignored for non working culture and even mangement knew and informed to terminate did not brought be to turning point of resignation from organization and consultancy not paid name spoilt by staff for company who worked loyalty ,no plant has a firm experienced long term person keep in changing hope this review is fair enough to explain nit on negative aspects but the fact ....Read More

No profesional aspect maintained only when the employe is working under the list commercial with high profits not considered ,and other aspects not as per systems review neglected for a geniune employe and the junior ess surivifed as all he learnt from senior to operate but likes md was very down to earth and supportive entrepreneur but what made his mind not to pay also if one work gives profits informed mangement should be accepted in healthy way we're one might not give profits and loses are not considered but convincing the mangement without giving profit is acceptable don't understand thumb tule even the competitors are progressing as all profesional aspect for employees maintained this is my personal review hope all facts are mentioned and would be accepted in positive way as written the fact the good and bad ....Read More

Very Unprofessional time management in Mumbai Head Office. Timepass 12 hr it's Good for Account Manager Niraj Sharma, Hard Working 9 hr it's bad for juniors.

Unsafe for women, There is No Groth for Junior employees Becz When junior learn and start working then senior lost their position. That's rumor in Senior Employees.
