Very good work give to the company with my working experience, to take support of teammates and management. Company rules are good and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is no politicks issues are not disturbed to management from my side.There is a no bond of my job. On the job training period I want to salary because of at present human beings situations.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
