I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Literally nothing. They have the most toxic HR. The most toxic culture. Just the people are good to work with. But everyone is tense about the work life balance and pressure.

Dislikes

The company would only favour people related to the family. The most toxic departments are HR and Marketing. The management doesn't know people are being kicked out for no reason. No new idea is welcome. Zero management skills. HR never listens to the employees, they only do what the manager says. No free will. There's not even snacks at the office.
