I can personally attest to the company's expertise in dealing with obstacles in several areas. They handle all problems effectively and assist you in learning and growing from them. You simply mention the issue and potential solutions, and you can observe your growth.

Dislikes

There aren't many drawbacks to mention. There are several opportunities for advancement at SRV. Because it is a media organization, there will be numerous opportunities for skill development as well as fantastic learning.

The Company provides amazing benefits but the most helpful in the current scenario has been the medical coverage. it makes you feel secure and confident in the intentions of the company. Apart from that my work environment and work load is at excellent pace.

Dislikes

Communication is a bit lacking. you feel the disconnect. its not as bad as nobody talking to each other. but it needs a little improvement. it would be a good to find out what went wrong and how you can help to assist.

I am looking after Search engine optimization activities of projects assigned to me.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
