Strict Atmosphere of Institute, here even professors have to stay in campus-like students. Chairman can fire you even for going cafeteria. Pathetic atmosphere

Anyhow you have to reach on time and leave on time, during office hours you can not go outside the campus even a single time. Food is good in the mess. Professor fears from management. The chairman fires people instantly with no valid reason.

No career growth.. Not stability.. Faculty is like labourer.. No respect for teachers.. Chairman is the worst person.. And engineering college is headed by a non technical person which is a worst thing.. Dean makes the college horrible place to work.. So never waste ur time and energy to work here...
