There's no life at work, people there work like robots. If you're between the ages of 24-25, you can't make any friends because everyone else is much much older. The worst part is the HR team. They are the worst. They acts like they owns SRMB Srijan and they're the boss. These HRs are unprofessional, lacks basic etiquette, is arrogant, and more. *Please make some changes in the thinking, people, and culture at SRMB. It is currently the most boring place to work, with people functioning like robots. This outdated, 1970s work culture needs to be updated. I used to work in northeast region. I would like to say this is the worst experience in my life. If you want to build your career do not join srmb. The work culture is extremely bad, they don't release expenses easily even they only give you half of your expenses.
