SRL Diagnostics has very strong systems in place and whoever works here come out trained not only in their respective feild but also gets updated for the entire system. SRL is an institution. Good place to be in for career growth since SRL has good network pan India, one can get opportunity to travel and learn through different geographic platforms available within the same roof. Have witnessed appraisal, promotions and salary revisions. Besides you have excellent work environment. SRL needs to strengthen HR as well as accounts facilities little bit.

I joined SRL as Customer care executive in 1999. SRL was growing through network labs and within next 8-10 years I was Heading Customer Care Group. In 2010 I was re-designated as DGM corporate sales for west zone. I had satisfying tenure till 2016.
