We respectfully recommend that you think about job security depending on your performance in any firm. Hiring a new employee is a time-consuming procedure, therefore asking someone to leave is much more unpleasant because the company must repeat the process. We do offer paid on-the-job training and expect our staff to learn and contribute to mutual growth.
