Despite the fact that you started with us as an entry-level employee and have since advanced professionally and financially, we are astonished to see your feedback. Your time with our company spanned more than 18 months, however you never gave us any feedback during that time. It would appear that one of your friends, who was forced to leave because of his inappropriate behaviour, has influenced your feedback in a biased manner. On the other hand, we value your comments and will make every effort to publish regular feedback from both our current and our former colleagues.

We respectfully recommend that you think about job security depending on your performance in any firm. Hiring a new employee is a time-consuming procedure, therefore asking someone to leave is much more unpleasant because the company must repeat the process. We do offer paid on-the-job training and expect our staff to learn and contribute to mutual growth.

We’re sorry that you were disappointed with Corporate Culture, Job Security and Lack of Professionalism. We try to provide as much opportunity as possible but sometimes things happen out of our control. If you remember, we had numerous discussion and email related to your performance and on top of a 3 months of PIP, but no change in your performance. Other colleagues who started with you are still here with us, and I request them to come forward and give their candid feedback. If there’s anything else we can do for you, please let us know!
