No career growth. Appraisal are far from the truth. We don't even get our salaries on time. Worst management.

Dislikes

There is no career growth, no job security for women, salaries not given on time, work environment outdated, critical changes are never made.

My work is as a quality control chemist where I analyse the samples. One thing is the process gets repetitive every day. And as an analyst even though we point out the mistakes they are never rectified which basically effects our work ethics.
