I like the security level very much here, and the team members and seniors are very supportive. If a person is hard working then there is no issue he or she will face in job like for security purpose. Every after 3 to 6 month performance appraisal is done by the company and growth in the profile and salary depends on their performances.

Dislikes

Not much it just it is related to sales profile because it is insurance industry pressure is there on employees not so much but bit more.
