Salary is decent but no increments or no hike on salary till now and career growth is slow.

Overall the company atmosphere and the employees are very good,mostly the ideas are generated by the team to develop the company,as well as the employee's are more conscious about there work and friendly with co works as well as the students who came fir the projects and training,all.
