It’s a women oriented organisation driven by women Directors. Secondly, Annual days are well organised.

Dislikes

Too much internal cheap politics where Administration staff also plays huge role.Some seniors are very non co- operative and they discriminate on the basis of language, background etc.and how much oiling you can do instead focusing on team work for betterment of the organisation, actually they are ruining the Organisation.

A little shorter working hour .

Dislikes

Lots of politics. Principal and the management on many occasions do not stand on their words. Apart from teaching teachers are forced to do other office work. No standard and no clarity on work front. Correction of note books need to be done several times hence the work load is too much that books need to be carried home everyday.Not just that no appreciation to our hard work. In our experience letter also they try to put the teachers down no matter how many years of service given by a teacher to the institution. Also salary is very very poor....Read More
