Whether you like it or not you have to join and finish some courses (i.e,paid courses, for which you have to pay) offered by ashram before joining the school and every year you have to repeat them.

...ey are telling us to attend the happiness or advance courses from art of living. Befor I though it is from school organisation but we have to pay for it still I agreed to pay but same advance course you have to do every year. And if you are not ok with art of living culture or if you have any negative thought about courses then we will be in danger situation. But one thing I can appreciate that guru ji doing fantastic work towards society.

I dislike management and there skills. If Any colleagues have any issues management only says they r there to help but .... There r no help and if we share our problem with them then they will always tortur you like a hell...

It’s a women oriented organisation driven by women Directors. Secondly, Annual days are well organised.

Too much internal cheap politics where Administration staff also plays huge role.Some seniors are very non co- operative and they discriminate on the basis of language, background etc.and how much oiling you can do instead focusing on team work for betterment of the organisation, actually they are ruining the Organisation.
