There is nothing good about working in this organization. It is filled with not so great people. The HR and Admin department has selfish people who know they cannot get a job anywhere else. Specially the HR has some attitude which will get her down really bad some day.

Dislikes

The culture is very poor. All new joiners leave within 6-7 months. The HR head is good for nothing and is basically getting a free salary. The MD is old school and purely only gives a huge number of bonuses and appraisals to the HR head knowing she is useless. Favoritism. They torture you to death basically. If you have brains then don’t join this organization.

Very toxic work culture and the company is run like a personal property of the MD Mr Rajeev Singh. One of the most arrogant and egoistic person u can come across. Almost all the attrition ,toxic culture and pathetic environment is due to this guy. Wort culture I have ever had in my 8 year experience. People don't have knowledge how to talk on the floor. Shouting on the floor is very common.

Nothing is good in this company, literally nothing. They still work on manual model, never open to accept tech. Just say on the surface level about technology, but internally the application in their own company is quite far. Very slow work process, delays in every thing from management and ultimately you will be blamed.

Company culture is good. Management is very easy to approach and likes to celebrate all major milestones with everyone in the team. We used to work hard but got to enjoy also a lot. I made some very good friends there. Salaries and incentives are never delayed and we also got good bonus because of company performance. I got to travel a lot for events which I really enjoyed.

(Hiring of good people required) HR is biased as she believes her old employees are saying the right things, and she is involved in team communication. The logistics department feels like they are the next MD. (No one knows howto communicate) MD is the only person who will approve even if you need to pay 100 bucks for an activity.
