The job security is good in the company because it is a semi government company and there is a reputation as an employee in the company due to pioneer telecom service provider in the country.

Dislikes

Less opportunities to improve the carrier due to traditional approach of the company. The salary is behind the market rate and less training opportunities. The traditional policies of the company hinder the new innovations and it is impacted the company growth.
