As a student and assistant professor in the same university, I really have learnt a lot, as in academics, in research, and in the department from my senior teachers.

Dislikes

No promotions and there is no salary at time. As a fresher employee, we people really need to step up initially but due to salary issues, we can't even think of that.

It’s far from my house so I need to commute on daily basis in university bus, therefore this facility should be free of cost.
