It's very good experience working in sri chaitanya educational Institutions past from 8 years. It learns a lot from starting till date. How to be with children n speak with colics n parents. Every day it's a learning new experience. Every year different batches students will be stepping out. They will share the experience of when they joined when thy left. Too much work pressure ,not only teaching . Teachers are getting presurised to admit the no of students . Even sunday will not be a holiday for high school MPC faculty . only 10 days summer holidays Even though teachers are ready to work as per management wish there won't be any appriciable incentives Work and salary are not equalised in this institute
