They deduct salary for late coming only 2 minute. No job security. They fire you in 1 or 2 month. if donation is stop your service also stop. worst company ever dont join this company because top management is corrupt. Lots of manipulation from HR Department and HR Head is so egotistic(Ms.Arpita), She spoil your carrier just to secure her job. The Worst Company ever, do not join here or they will fire you before the gratuity year is completed, they only care about bloody money. They have no intention of making education better. There is the only society that they care about is the Sri Aurobindo Society (Making more money). There is too much mental harassment.

Dislikes

Mental harassment, Work-Life balance, the worst HR head ever doesn't even know how to talk. Many of my colleagues were hired 2 or 3 months earlier, but they were fired on 31t March 2024. Just saying that we don't require your service anymore.

Dislikes

Work culture. Boss have no manners, she is always shouting on her team. Policy is not good. For 2 min late 0.33 of one day salary deduct. Salary payment date ,They always hold 10 day salary. Job is no t secure, if doner leave then they will fired employees. No bonus, in medical policy, family not covered. Absconding rate is higher, people take salary and run due to policy.

Best part is about work satisfaction and learning. If you want to learn something new and want to implement then sky is the limit. Top management is very helpful either on personal ground or professional. I am working here from last 2 years.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike but as suggestion I can say if we can get all Saturday off till now only 2 Saturday is off.

The organisation works on the philosophy of Sri Aurobindo and the Mother. Its Rupantar wing is working for the betterment of education to achieve its true goal under great leadership. There is nothing to dislike about it !!

There is so much to learn as a fresher, you will get to work on different projects based on a variety of state based curriculum.

Dislikes

No promotion at all and worst increment. Only a few people who roam around managers have a chance to get promotion or get better increment in comparison to others who only obey and work properly as allotted.
