Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Very bad experience! Owner is illiterate doesn't know how to run a business. He doesn't provide even salaries on time, salaries are delayed 4-5 months, if you ask for that he says I am here to pay you a salary. Always talks rubbish all day, fake commitments, fake Promises. He is not a genuine person. Very cunning kind of person.
