There is no work pressure in this company but I need a growth in my carrier salary basis I am getting less and I am working in process my nature of working interest in mechanical maintenance that's the reason I am searching for better job from this.

Generally I am a diploma in mechanical engineer, but here in this company I am in process but also knows about maintenance I could able to work in process but my core is mechanical I feel sometimes am I losing my core.
