Everything is good for MS and nothing is good for NMS

Dislikes

If you are joining for junior officer or NMS then you are a laborer! HR's behavior is very bad, there is a lot of discrimination between NMS and MS here! If you can do the job with disgrace then you can join SRF like NMS! Otherwise join for MS or Officer.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
