Team mates are good, training was average, career growth is okay, salaries are good, too much traveling, you might have to travel even those places you should not. This company tops in cheap politics. Work environment is not there, there's not even environment. Innovation is zero, I tried giving some amazing steps, they are not willing to learn or grow as an organization. In fact I predicted that our competitor will use some strategy and I suggested them with a neat presentation, they didn't listen and they even displayed ego saying " who are you ? This review is for production plant only. If you are female you just have to play nice with "BOSS". You will get promotions and appraisals without any skills and work. If you are male stay away. No appreciation for hard workers. More work load and low pay scale to employees who works sincerely. Less work load and high pay scale to employees who never hardly do anything.
