Work culture is so so worst .. Management is never friendly and never approach to employees, they are never worried about employees at all . Worst working hours ( micro management) No work life balance … need to sacrifice your personal life … for late night calls .. No fun at all …. Always serious faces and no employees can speak openly in office … since SPY team always watches … since they don’t have any other work…. Got freshers but no projects at all. Everything i don't like they doesn't have any project but they try to hire people and try to collaborate which is not even possible, actually people in the organisation mainly software team they don't have any knowledge on anything nor the clarity but they try to explore .Atlast i would say they doesn't have any scope of getting project for sure.

I hate internal politics, there will be no team work. Management especially director tried to show deviations between employees. Sreenivasam & Sreetech both are same.
