No flexibility. If you reach the office late or exit early, your salary will be deducted. Many other similar rules were in place to deduct employees salary. Lack of senior developers - One 1 senior dev was there, who was mostly unavailable to resolve issues. Too much mirco management. No remote allowed.

Poor management and the company’s policies are against of employees benefits. Once entered the org, it is very hard to quit the job as CEO threatens about taking legal actions and tortures a-lot. There is a lack of professionalism in some employees and the CEO. Salary of the last month was not given.
