Idea behind the business is really good, Tanuj set a very interesting vision. But the people management is not good. People are working very hard to give there best but people in senior who are so called Principal Partner are really not good.

Dislikes

Tanuj has to change their people management group. The current head of talent management, she do not anything about the process flow of talent. Not even taking ideas with her team members also.

Likes

It is easy going, amazing and really nice for women. They believe in equality and culture altogether has been nice and supportive. There are canteen facilities and leaves can be easily taken.

Dislikes

Only drawback that I feel is Saturdays are working.

I work as a HR Manager. It's almost been 3 years that I am here. Hierarchy wise it's great and goals can be met if you work just right.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
