Title: Horrendous Work Experience at Square Yards - Avoid at All Costs! Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ As a former employee at Square Yards, I cannot express how abysmal my experience was working for this company. The work culture is nothing short of toxic, and the managers are relentless in pressuring employees to their breaking point. If you're considering a job here, think again and save yourself from this nightmare. First and foremost, the work hours are an absolute joke. There is no concept of fixed hours, and you are expected to put in extra time without any consideration for work-life balance. The company exploits its employees' dedication, forcing them to sacrifice their personal lives for the sake of the company's bottom line. One of the major issues I faced was being assigned multiple roles with completely different skill sets. I was expected to handle both design and sales, with no proper training or support. The lack of specialization led to poor performance in both areas, and yet, the managers turned a blind eye to the impossible expectations they set for us. Moreover, my job entailed bringing in clients and closing deals, but the focus on profits was alarmingly excessive. There was an incessant push to prioritize the company's financial gains over the clients' needs and satisfaction. The pressure to meet unrealistic targets was simply unbearable. To make matters worse, I was terminated from my position without any reason provided, leaving me shocked and demoralized. The termination was arbitrary and without any chance for clarification or defense. Adding insult to injury, I have yet to receive payment for the entire month I worked for the company. Square Yards seems to have no qualms about exploiting its employees by withholding their rightfully earned wages. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. Finally, the lack of job security is an ever-present fear that looms over every employee's head. With the company's willingness to terminate without cause, it is impossible to feel secure or valued in any capacity. In conclusion, I strongly advise against working at Square Yards. The dreadful work culture, the relentless pressure from managers, unpaid wages, and lack of job security make it an utterly unappealing workplace. I regret ever setting foot in this organization and warn anyone considering employment here to steer clear. Fake business, fake deals, favouritism. More than 50% of business in square yards is fake, leaders give fake deals to their favorites for promotion and worst quality of leads work culture is worst not appreciation for hardwork even leader ask for money if someone incentive is stuck for giving him deal. Favorites are promoted to T2 and real hardworking and knowledgeable people are targetted. There are no redeeming qualities of this company. The only good thing was, because they hire people like sheep, it was easy to escape this hell-hole.

I applied for an interior design job as a fresher(they had freshers' interior design opening). They took my interview and everything. The day of my joining, they tell me that because I am a fresher-they cannot give me the job of a designer and forced me to take up a sales job(where I am supposed to call random people from my mobile phone. On the first day itself, they made me call some 50 ppl from their "expensive" lead list(stolen data basically.). My PERSONAL phone number got reported as a spam(because my beautiful manager did not have the patience for us to arrange a new sim card for these malicious job). It was not only one designer who was forced to do such job-we were 13 of us in our team-team of civil engineers, interior designers and architects. Scam-this company runs on pure scam. Micro management by managers such as Ishant , Mohit and Shubhi . Employees are asked to leave " in and out " messages on WhatsApp for breaks and lunches . Being treated like we are in kindergarden . If you're late by 2 mins , you would be made fun of by other team members which Is actually encouraged by the Leaders such as Ishant ,Mohit . Moreover , if you're asked to work on a Sunday ( which Is the only day off ) , if you dare to speak against it , a meeting is organized ( a formal one ) to again trash you infront of everyone where you are literally called a servant ( Ishant did this ) . Working here seems like a suffocating experience . I wonder why people leave this place after every 2 months . They will hate you for bringing ideas , doing better . ( Management will ) . The leads provided are outdated, often over eight years old, and lack any real potential. When clients don't show up for meetings, the company applies a Leave WithoutPay (LWP), leading to substantial salary deductions. Additionally, employees must cover travel costs and obtain their own SIM cards, which adds further financial strain. Moreover, the incentive structure is misleading; after closing a sale, you need to make three additional sales to receive the total incentive for the first one, as it’s only given at 25% per sale.
