This company is really fraud. All good reviews written here are paid reviews. I had horrible experience in my life. It took 1.5 years for you to finish 60% of the work and never completed the remaining. And i lost 12 Lacs by paying them 90% in advance. Their fraud plan is simple. Take advance and trap you to get the desing done. Finally you will endup doing the desing yourself as you paid the nonrefundable advance of 1 Lac. Later to start work they charge 50% and you are behind them to execute work. We will then make their vendors carpentors to work. Many material to be bought by self as they tell its not in drawing. Rhey claim items are ready from factory and make pay 100%. And deliver oy 20% materials. No project engineer, no designer and no one cares once money taken. Their so called site engineers join and leave in 2 weeks. So you are completely helpless. Their emplyees are not paid for almost months and we need to pay them to execute work. And many of employees are man handled by clients for not showing any work progress. Fake business, fake deals, favouritism. More than 50% of business in square yards is fake, leaders give fake deals to their favorites for promotion and worst quality of leads work culture is worst not appreciation for hardwork even leader ask for money if someone incentive is stuck for giving him deal. Favorites are promoted to T2 and real hardworking and knowledgeable people are targetted. No work life balance, great leaders but they don't understand personal matters of employees, recently the CEO had implemented new rules regarding week offs on Monday and Tuesday, but leaders ask you to come on week off, this working is without salary

There are no redeeming qualities of this company. The only good thing was, because they hire people like sheep, it was easy to escape this hell-hole.

I applied for an interior design job as a fresher(they had freshers' interior design opening). They took my interview and everything. The day of my joining, they tell me that because I am a fresher-they cannot give me the job of a designer and forced me to take up a sales job(where I am supposed to call random people from my mobile phone. On the first day itself, they made me call some 50 ppl from their "expensive" lead list(stolen data basically.). My PERSONAL phone number got reported as a spam(because my beautiful manager did not have the patience for us to arrange a new sim card for these malicious job). It was not only one designer who was forced to do such job-we were 13 of us in our team-team of civil engineers, interior designers and architects. Scam-this company runs on pure scam. Micro management by managers such as Ishant , Mohit and Shubhi . Employees are asked to leave " in and out " messages on WhatsApp for breaks and lunches . Being treated like we are in kindergarden . If you're late by 2 mins , you would be made fun of by other team members which Is actually encouraged by the Leaders such as Ishant ,Mohit . Moreover , if you're asked to work on a Sunday ( which Is the only day off ) , if you dare to speak against it , a meeting is organized ( a formal one ) to again trash you infront of everyone where you are literally called a servant ( Ishant did this ) . Working here seems like a suffocating experience . I wonder why people leave this place after every 2 months . They will hate you for bringing ideas , doing better . ( Management will ) . Trying to type keeping in mind the platforms community policies else these people deserve nothing less than curse words thrown at their face .
