Joined sometimes earlier and must say, the office really welcomes freshers and new joiners fantastically. Lots of brainstorming and introcutory session and the works

Dislikes

Sometimes during special events and promotions, we do have to put in the extra hour or two but it is part of the course

Working in this company since last one yers. I had an appointed as a junior sales executive, with in one yerr i promoted as senior sales executive.

I have worked at many companies earlier but have seen that merit is not always appreciated and connection sometimes help people get ahead. Here a Square Yards, It is the opposite. Work pressure is high but if you perform, you'll be growing in your career. I really like the philosophy

The work pressure is sometimes a little high, leaving little time for family life.
