There was a lot of comfort in working in Square Panda LLP, there was no problem of any kind and there was no burden.

Dislikes

Never complimented on work and never gave any progress promotion.

The company has grown from 0 to 150 in 2years with multiple projects and an amazing leadership. IN office has some amazing young talent, leadership is empathetic towards its employees before, during and I am sure after Covid crisis too. I have developed some amazing skills and learning has always being a part of SP journey.

Dislikes

The building in which our IN office is based has no seperate eating space or cafeteria. For a simple tea, we have to go all the way out across the stree and have our lunch on desk sometime together sometime alone.

Work Details

Sometimes hectic considering I am at a senior position and also my company is growing immensely with multiple projects and multiple departments at the same time. But I have met some amazing people, Great MD and my managers.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years.
