1. Partiality between employees where the non technical teams are given a lot of freedom and perks and the others are forced to follow all rules 2. HR do not care about employees, unless you are in their good books 3. Increments are not given in a timely manner or according to your work, its given in a generic way across the board 4. Company is not at all employee centric but shows off that it is.

Good Colleagues and good team bonding activities.

Dislikes

No career path, no clarity on what are the expectations and goals that I need to meet. No performance bonus. No parity between US team and Indian team members though they are working on same project doing same work. For example Developers in US work from home and developers in India are asked to work from office. Developers in Indianeed to attend two standup/update calls daily. More tracking of work for Indian developers. Same rules and working conditions should be applicable to all the developers working on same project doing same day to day tasks....Read More
