Some teams are united internally. If you get in good with them, you can grow both professionally and personally. The company also comes up with good initiatives (like during the pandemic, etc.), but there is no follow through.

Dislikes

Their direction and plans change very frequently, making it hard to see real growth. They also fill top management positions (sometimes randomly), while there is a need for junior level employees. The work culture can be extremely negative if you are not in certain key people's good books, even for trivial instances. I've also noticed instances when rules are changed to accommodate people (and their position); for example, our company makes a big deal out of their flexible work hours, but only a select few can avail this benefit, the rest have a strict working schedule....Read More
